The 2026 BRHBA Annual Parade of Homes will take place on October 3 & 4, and October 10 & 11.

All Parade homes, with the exception of Virtual Only entries, will be open to the public free of charge from noon to 5 pm on both weekends. This year’s Parade will showcase a wide range of custom homes in Charlottesville, Albemarle, and surrounding areas. Homes will be listed at various price points, ranging from the mid-$400s to over $2 million.

 

Visitors can expect to see stunning features such as gourmet kitchens, luxurious spa-like owner’s baths, and meticulously designed interior and exterior details, including breathtaking landscapes. Every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to inspire.
