The 2023 BRHBA Annual Parade of Homes will take place on October 7 & October 8, and October 14 & 15.

 

Currently, all Parade homes and neighborhoods, with the exception of the Virtual Only entries will be open and free to the public from noon until 5pm, both weekends. The 2023 Parade will feature custom homes as well as neighborhoods in Charlottesville, Albemarle, and surrounding areas.  Homes are listed at varying price points from the mid $400s to over $2 million. Among the rich amenities being exhibited, you will find gourmet kitchens, spa-like owner baths, and exquisite interior and exterior features including idyllic landscapes. No detail has been overlooked – no inspiration has been spared.
