We’re excited to announce that the 2025 Parade of Homes Magazine has officially arrived! This high-quality, full-color guide is now available in Cville Weekly stands throughout the area and will also be available in each Parade home during the event.
This year, 15,000 copies of the magazine have been printed. Half of those—7,500 copies—were direct mailed to area homeowners based on income and home value, ensuring the Parade reaches a highly qualified audience. The remaining 7,500 copies are available in Cville Weekly/Real Estate Weekly racks and in the homes featured on the Parade tour.
