The 2025 Parade of Homes Magazine is Here!

We’re excited to announce that the 2025 Parade of Homes Magazine has officially arrived! This high-quality, full-color guide is now available in Cville Weekly stands throughout the area and will also be available in each Parade home during the event.

This year, 15,000 copies of the magazine have been printed. Half of those—7,500 copies—were direct mailed to area homeowners based on income and home value, ensuring the Parade reaches a highly qualified audience. The remaining 7,500 copies are available in Cville Weekly/Real Estate Weekly racks and in the homes featured on the Parade tour.

The Parade of Homes Magazine is your go-to resource for this year’s event, featuring:

• Detailed descriptions, photos, and floor plans of each Parade home

• A regional map to help you plan your tour

If you didn’t receive a copy in the mail, don’t worry—you can pick up your Parade of Homes Magazine in any Parade home during event weekends or from your local Cville Weekly stand.
