We are excited to announce that for the first time ever, ALL 2020 Parade of Homes Entries will be featured digitally in the 2020 Parade of Homes Virtual Tour. The Virtual Tour, sponsored and produced by the very talented AirLens, LLC, will feature ALL 23 properties in Physical Parade of Homes Tour, as well as 3 Virtual Only entries the 2020 Parade of Homes.
The Physical Parade of Homes tour, sponsored by Nest Realty, will be FREE and OPEN to the public on October 3rd/4th and 10th/11th from Noon - 5 pm each day. We are taking necessary precautions by both requiring and providing face coverings, sponsored by Dominion Energy, limiting the number of people entering the homes at one time, as well as providing sanitizer, sponsored by Guaranteed Rate, in each model.
The Virtual Tour will run through the end of October. It can be found by clicking on each home in the 2020 Parade Homes tab on our website and then following the links from each home to their respective Virtual Tours. Each home will feature a Matterport scan to allow you to view all the Parade entries from the comfort and safety of your own home. The Virtual Tour will also include video tours as well as contact form to fill out if you would like to get into touch with the builder.
